Breaking What Broke You!

Jul 22, 2026    Pastor Leo R. Thomas

Some wounds do not begin in public — they are built in private, shaped by family patterns, hidden motives, and broken relationships. This reminds us that what happens around us can shape what rises within us. Betrayal, deception, favoritism, and broken family systems can leave deep marks, but God is able to confront the patterns that formed us and free us from the cycles that wounded us.

Through this passage, we are invited to examine how betrayal is built, how blessings can be pursued in broken ways, and how unresolved brokenness can be born into families, relationships, and futures. But even in a story marked by dysfunction, God’s grace is still at work.
