Some relationships are seasonal, but others are assigned. In Ruth 1:16–18, we see a powerful picture of loyalty, love, and covenant commitment as Ruth refuses to walk away from Naomi. Even when the road ahead is uncertain, Ruth chooses to stay, connect, and sacrifice.
